Mission Statement:

Reins of H.O.P.E. is a non-profit organization serving the community by offering an Equine Assisted Psychotherapy program to at-risk youth, families, individuals and groups. We partner with horses as an experiential form of therapy, emphasizing the unique needs of each individual to promote growth and learning about themselves and how changes in their behavior, thoughts and feelings can bring change in their lives.

Our program is dedicated to providing a safe, positive and professional experience for our clients in order to develop and enhance interpersonal and communication skills that can be transferred into home, school and the community.

Vision Statement:

Our vision is to enhance and build healthy relationships with Equine Assisted Psychotherapy growth and learning activities. Our long term vision is to offer day and weekend retreats for at-risk youth, families, and corporations incorporating traditional therapy, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy as well as other nature therapies.

Goal Statement:

Our goals are to empower clients to improve communication/problem solving skills, build confidence/trust in self and relationships and decrease mental health issues.
